Review of the final Round of the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship was held at Bahrain International Circuit, in Sakhir, Bahrain.
Audi Sport Team Joest team won the race overall and WEC LMP1 class too of Oliver Jarvis, Lucas di Grassi and Loïc Duval in their Audi R18 e-tron quattro.
While, second was the Audi Sport Team Joest team of André Lotterer, Benoît Tréluyer and Marcel Fässler in their Audi R18 e-tron quattro to compete an Audi one-two finish in their final WEC round, they were sixteen seconds behind the leaders at the end of the race. Meanwhile, third place was Porsche Team of Timo Bernhard, Mark Webber and Brendon Hartley in their Porsche 919 Hybrid, ther were seventy-seven seconds behind the leaders at the end of the race.
While, the other Porsche Team car finishing only sixth in Bahrain and three laps behind the leaders, despite this, drivers Marc Lieb, Romain Dumas and Neel Jani are crowned 2016 World Endurance Drivers' Champions. Congratulations to team and drivers for wining this seasons title.
In LMP2 class, the G-Drive Racing team of Roman Rusinov, Alex Brundle and René Rast in their Oreca 05 with a Nissan VK45DE 4.5 L V8 engine won in LMP2 class. They finish in ninth place overall and they were seventeen laps behind the leaders at the end of the race.
While in GTE Pro class, was won by Aston Martin Racing team of Nicki Thiim and Marco Sørensen won in their Aston Martin Vantage GTE. They finish in nineteenth place overall and they were twenty-seven laps behind the leaders at the end of the race.
While in GTE Am class, was won by Abu Dhabi-Proton Racing team of Khalid Al Qubaisi, Patrick Long and David Heinemeier Hansson in their Porsche 911 RSR. They finish in twenty-sixth place overall and they were thirty laps behind the leaders at the end of the race.

Signatech Alpine drivers Nicolas Lapierre, Gustavo Menezes and Stéphane Richelmi won the Endurance Trophy for LMP2 Drivers in their Alpine A460, Nissan VK45DE 4.5 L V8. AF Corse drivers François Perrodo, Emmanuel Collard and Rui Águas took the Endurance Trophy for LMGTE Am Drivers in their Ferrari 458 Italia GT2.
While in this seasons Manufacturers Championships, Porsche won the World Manufacturers' Championship. World Endurance Cup for GT Manufacturers was won by Ferrari.
While in this seasons Teams Championships, the Endurance Trophy for Private LMP1 Teams was won by Rebellion Racing in their Rebellion R-One, AER P60 2.4 L Turbo V6. Signatech Alpine won the Endurance Trophy for LMP2 Teams in their Alpine A460, Nissan VK45DE 4.5 L V8. Aston Martin Racing won the Endurance Trophy for LMGTE Pro Teams in their Aston Martin Vantage GTE. AF Corse won the Endurance Trophy for LMGTE Am Teams in their Ferrari 458 Italia GT2.
