The team of Craig Lowndes and Steven Richards won the 166 lap race overall in their Holden VF Commodore. The win was the sixth for Lowndes and Richards's fourth around the New South Wales track.
Second place was Prodrive Racing Australia drivers Mark Winterbottom and Steve Owen in their Ford Performance Racing, they were a second and a half behind the leaders at the end. Meanwhile, Holden Racing Team drivers Garth Tander and Warren Luff finished in third place in their Holden VF Commodore, they were four seconds behind the leaders at the end.
