Top six worse Williams F1 cars ever!

This is possibly Williams F1 team worse ever start to a Grand Prix season ever with 0 points so far after last weekends Monaco Grand Prix. So this post is the top six worse Williams F1 cars ever! Starting with number 6:



Number 6: 2008 Williams FW30
Story:
Williams FW30 was designed by Sam Michael, the Williams FW30 had the 2.4 litre Toyota V8 engine underneath. Williams FW30 took only two podiums in that season with Nico Rosberg. But the team only managed 26 points to take 8th place in the constructors championship. The car was reliable that season, but the car however was too slow that season.



Number 5: 1984 Williams FW09
Story:
Williams FW09 was designed by Patrick Head and Neil Oatley, it was the first Williams F1 car that didn't had the 3 litre Cosworth DFV V8 engine underneath. Instead, the Williams FW09 had the all new 1.5 litre Honda turbo V6 engine underneath. Despite the Williams FW09 took Keke Rosberg to the Dallas Grand Prix win in 1984. However, the car was very unreliable that season and only managed to score 25.5 points to give Williams to 5th place in the constructors championship that season.



Number 4: 1998 Williams FW20
Story:
Williams FW20 was designed by Patrick Head, Gavin Fisher and Geoff Willis, the Williams FW20 had the 3 litre Mecachrome (Renault) engine underneath. This was the first Williams F1 car that wasn't designed by Adrian Newey for first time since 1990. Only managing three podiums between Jacques Villeneuve and Heinz-Harald Frentzen. And the pervious seasons constructors champions only managed 38 points to give Williams to 3rd place in the constructors championship. The car was a very reliable that season, but the car however once again was too slow that season.





Number 3: 2006 Williams FW28
Story:
Williams FW28 was designed by Sam Michael, Jörg Zander and Loïc Bigois, the Williams FW28 had the 2.4 litre Cosworth V8 engine underneath. To give Williams 11 points that season, only 8th place in the constructors championship that season. The car was fast, but the car was a very unreliable nonetheless.





Number 2: 1988 Williams FW12
Story:
Williams FW12 was designed by Patrick Head and Enrique Scalabroni, the Williams FW12 was the first Williams F1 car that didn't had the all dominate 1.5 litre Honda turbo V6 engine underneath. But, instead it had the underpowered Judd 3.5 litre V8, Nigel Mansell only managed only 2 podiums that season, those were also Nigel Mansell only race finishes of 1988 as the car was very unreliable. To give Williams only 20 points that season and 7th in the constructors championship.



Number 1: 2011 Williams FW33
Story:
Williams FW33 was designed by Sam Michael and Ed Wood, the Williams FW33 had the 2.4 litre Cosworth V8 engine underneath. To give Williams 5 points that season (0 points in old money), only 9th place in the constructors championship that season (the worse constructors championship position in their history). The car wasn't fast, but the car was a very reliable nonetheless. To give this 2011 Williams FW33 the worse Williams F1 car ever!
