MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix review

Quick review on the race from last Sundays race (21/10/12) at the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Sepang International Circuit outside of Kuala Lumpur.

The race itself was a very wet and a good race as-well, from the start to the middle of the race battle between works Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo and Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa. Then mid-race, Dani Pedrosa took the lead from Jorge Lorenzo and took the win at Sepang after 14 laps, due to the race stop from heavy rain at mid-point. Dani Pedrosa is now 23 points behind Lorenzo in the standings with two races to go. Jorge Lorenzo meanwhile, on his works Yamaha finished second overall, four seconds behind, Pedrosa. While Casey Stoner on his Repsol Honda finished in third place, seven seconds behind Pedrosa.

With two races to go, Jorge Lorenzo can win the championship if his 26 points ahead of Pedrosa after the race at Philip Island. So Philip Island will be a make or brake for the MotoGP riders championship. End of post/blog for now, new one soon, bye.
