2022 Valencia MotoGP Review

Review of the twentieth and the final round of the 2022 MotoGP season at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia for the Valencia GP.

In the MotoGP race (V-twin, V4, or Inline-four 1000cc four stroke class), that was won by Team Suzuki Ecstar rider Álex Rins on his works Suzuki GSX-RR.



Second place was Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider Brad Binder on his works KTM KC16, he was four tenths of a second behind Rins at the end. While, third was Pramac Racing rider Jorge Martíni on his Desmosedici GP22, he was a second behind Rins at the end of the race.

Finally, Ducati Lenovo Team rider Francesco Bagnaia finished ninth place on his works Ducati Desmosedici GP22, he was twelve seconds behind Rins at the end. Ninth place was enough to give Francesco Bagnaia the 2022 MotoGP title. Francesco Bagnaia was 17 points ahead of 2021 MotoGP Champion Fabio Quartararo in the end. Contracts to Francesco Bagnaia for winning the MotoGP championship.



In the Moto2 race (Inline-three four-stroke class), that race was won by Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Pedro Acosta on the Kalex. Second was Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Augusto Fernández on the Kalax, he was twelve tenths of a second behind Acosta at the end. Second place was enough to give Augusto Fernández the 2022 Moto2 title. Augusto Fernández was 29.5 points ahead of Ai Ogura in the end. Contracts to Augusto Fernández for winning the Moto2 championship.



While, third was Elf Marc VDS Racing Team rider Tony Arbolino on the Kalex, he was ten seconds behind Acosta at the end.

While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by GasGas Aspar Team rider and New Moto3 Champion Izan Guevara on the Gas Gas.



Second was Red Bull KTM Tech3 rider Deniz Öncü on the KTM, he was a tenth of a second behind Guevara at the end of the race. While, third was GasGas Aspar Team rider Sergio García on the GasGas, he was six and half seconds behind Guevara at the end of the race.

And so who won what in which class, MotoGP Champion: Francesco Bagnaia, MotoGP Manufacturers' Champion: Ducati, MotoGP Teams' Champion: Ducati Lenovo Team. Moto2 Champion: Augusto Fernández, Moto2 Manufacturers' Champion: Kalex, Moto2 Teams' Champion: Red Bull KTM Ajo. Moto3 Champion: Izan Guevara, Moto3 Manufacturers' Champion: Gas Gas and Moto3 Teams' Champion: GasGas Aspar Team. And MotoE Champion: Dominique Aegerter.
