2017 TCR Round 8 Recap

Review of Round Eight of the 2017 TCR International Series season was at the Chang International Circuit, on the outskirts of Buriram, Thailand.

In the first race, M1RA driver Norbert Michelisz took the race win in his Honda Civic Type-R TCR. Second was GE-Force driver Dušan Borković in his Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR, he was four seconds behind Michelisz in the end. While, third place was M1RA driver Attila Tassi in his Honda Civic Type-R TCR, he was six seconds behind Michelisz in the end.

While in the second race, Boutsen Ginion Racing driver Aurélien Panis took the race win in his Honda Civic Type-R TCR. Second was M1RA driver Giacomo Altoè in his Honda Civic Type-R TCR, he was a second behind Panis in the end. While, third place was Comtoyou Racing driver and current TCR International Series Champion Stefano Comini in his Audi RS3 LMS TCR, he was six seconds behind Panis in the end.


Next stop Zhejiang International Circuit, Zhejiang in China for Round Nine of the 2017 TCR International Series season in five weeks time.
