The Renault R.S. 2027 is powered by a small internal combustion engine, but will be boosted by larger battery systems that are almost five times as powerful as those currently used in F1. that produces 1340bhp in total, weighing just 600kg despite R.S. 2027 is a closed-cockpit car and uses four-wheel drive as well as moveable aerodynamic parts called active wings, allowing the car to lap faster than ever before.
