2016 Bathurst 1000 Review

Review of the V8 Supercars round of the 2016 Bathurst 1000 at the famous Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, New South Wales.

Tekno Autosports drivers Will Davison and Jonathon Webb won the 166 lap race overall in their Holden VF Commodore. The win was the second for Davison and Webb's first around the New South Wales track.



Second place was Triple Eight Race Engineering drivers Shane Van Gisbergen and Alexandre Prémat in their Holden VF Commodore, they were fourteen hundredths of a second behind the leaders at the end. Meanwhile, Lucas Dumbrell Motorsport drivers Nick Percat and Cameron McConville finished in third place in their Holden VF Commodore, they were three seconds behind the leaders at the end.
