2018 WTCR Round 3 Recap - Race of Germany

Review of Round Three of the 2018 World Touring Car Cup season was the Race of Germany, at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, west of Germany.

In the first race, YMR driver Yvan Muller took the race win in his Hyundai i30 N TCR. Second was YMR driver Thed Björk in his Hyundai i30 N TCR, he was three tenths of a second behind Muller in the end. While third place was Sébastien Loeb Racing driver Robert Huff in his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, he was eight tenths of a second behind Muller in the end.



Meanwhile in the second race, ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport driver Esteban Guerrieri took the race win in his Honda Civic Type R TCR (FK8). Second was Team Oscaro by Campos Racing driver Pepe Oriola in his Cupra León TCR, he was a second behind Guerrieri in the end. While third place was Audi Sport Team Comtoyou driver Frédéric Vervisch in his Audi RS 3 LMS TCR, he was three seconds behind Guerrieri in the end.



Finally in the third race, YMR driver Thed Björk took the race win in his Hyundai i30 N TCR. Second was Audi Sport Team Comtoyou driver Frédéric Vervisch in his Audi RS 3 LMS TCR, he was eight tenths of a second behind Björk in the end. While third place was YMR driver Yvan Muller in his Hyundai i30 N TCR, he was nine seconds behind Björk in the end.



Next stop Race of the Netherlands at Circuit Zandvoort for Round Four of the 2018 World Touring Car Cup season in a weeks time.
