2016 Indy 500 Post Review

The 2016 Indy 500 Post Review.

This years Indianapolis 500 is the 100th running of the race. The winner was a surprising one as it was none other than former Manor F1 driver Alexander Rossi.



The Andretti Herta Autosport driver took the lead for the final time with four laps to go when team-mate Carlos Muñoz had to pit for fuel and tyres, to win his first Indy 500 race in his rookie season in IndyCar Series.

Meanwhile second was Andretti Autosport driver Carlos Muñoz, he was four seconds behind Rossi in the end. Third place was Ed Carpenter Racing driver Josef Newgarden, he was five seconds behind Rossi in the end. Fourth place was his Chip Ganassi Racing driver Tony Kanaan, he was ten seconds behind Rossi in the end.
