2021 WRC Round 10 recap - Rally Finland

Recap of the last round of WRC from last weekends Round Ten of Rally Finland.

Last weekends was the tenth round of the World Rally Championship at the Rally Finland (1st-3rd October) that was won by Elfyn Evans in the works Toyota Yaris WRC.



While, Ott Tänak finished second in his works Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC, Tänak was fourteen seconds behind Evans at the end. Meanwhile, Craig Breen finished third in his works Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC, Breen was fourty-two seconds behind Evans at the end of the rally.

Meanwhile in WRC-2 class (Manufacturer entries competing in cars built to Group R5 specifications), that was won by Movisport driver Teemu Suninen in his Volkswagen Polo GTI R5. Teemu Suninen finished in eighth place overall, he was tenth minutes behind Evans at the end of the rally.

While in WRC-3 class (Open to privately-entered cars; Group R5, R4, Super 2000 and Group N4 spec cars), that was won by Emil Lindholm in his own backed Škoda Fabia Rally2 Evo. Emil Lindholm finished in tenth place overall, he was eleven minutes behind Evans at the end of the rally.

Next stop, Round Eleven of the 2021 WRC season for Rally Catalunya de España in two weeks time.
