2021 United States Grand Prix Review

Review of the seventeenth round of the 2021 F1 season at Circuit of the Americas near Austin, Texas for the United States Grand Prix.

The race itself was a good race to watch. Verstappen was on pole for Sunday's race ahead of Sir Lewis Hamilton. At the sunny United States Grand Prix. Hamilton took the lead from Verstappen. By lap 11 Verstappen pitted for tyres, while Hamilton stayed out. By lap 13 Hamilton pitted for tyres giving Verstappen the lead and stayed there till the end despite a late charge from Hamilton. For Max Verstappen to win this seasons United States Grand Prix for Verstappen's eighth race win of the season.



While, Current Formula 1 World Champion Sir Lewis Hamilton finished in second place in the Mercedes, Hamilton was thirteen tenths of a second behind Verstappen at the end.

Meanwhile, Sergio Pérez finished in third place in the other Red Bull to complete the podium, Pérez was forty-two seconds behind Verstappen at the end of the fifty-six lap race.

Now with five races to go, Max Verstappen Grand Prix win at Austin and Sir Lewis Hamilton only managing a second place finish. Max Verstappen's lead of the F1 Drivers' Standings has been improved from six points to twelve points ahead of Sir Lewis Hamilton in the standings with five races to go.

While Mercedes still leads F1 Constructors' Standings, the gap is now reduce from thirty-six to twenty-three points from Red Bull who are second in the Constructors' Standings with five races to go.
