Review of the fourteenth round of the 2021 F1 season at Autodromo Nazionale Monza, Monza, near Milan, for Saturday's Sprint Race at the Italian Grand Prix.
It was controlling sprint race from Valtteri Bottas in the Mercedes. On pole for Saturday's race, Bottas took the advantage at the start and comfortably lead the race throughout to lead all the eighteen laps to win the Sprint Race to give Valtteri Bottas the three points. But, the not the pole due to exceeding his quota of Power-Unit elements for the season; resulting Bottas to start the race from the back of the grid for Sunday, giving Max Verstappen the pole for tomorrows race.
While, Max Verstappen finished in second place in the Red Bull, Verstappen was two seconds behind Bottas at the end.
Meanwhile, Daniel Ricciardo finished in third place in the McLaren to complete the podium, Ricciardo was fourteen seconds behind Bottas at the end of the eighteen lap race.
