Meanwhile still at Circuito de Jerez, George Russell won this years GP3 series championship with a round to spare ahead of both Jack Aitken and Nirei Fukuzumi in the standings. We will possibly see George Russell in a top GP2 team. While Russell will be a development driver for Mercedes next season.
