2014 Nürburgring 24 hours review

Last weekend’s Nürburgring 24 Hours was won by Audi Sport Team Phoenix with an Audi R8 LMS ultra GT3 race car with. The team of Christopher Haase, Christian Mamerow, Rene Rast and Markus Winkelhock took the overall victory, winning the 24 hour race by three mintues ahead of second place.



While last week, Red Bull's Skydiver Felix Baumgartner enter in his first ever Nürburgring 24 Hours race. The Audi race experience team finished ninth overall, only six laps behind the leaders in their Audi R8 LMS ultra GT3, with Felix Baumgartner, Marco Werner, Frank Biela, and Pierre Kaffer, driving the R8 LMS ultra GT3.
