Recap of the last round of WRC from last weekends Round Ten of Acropolis Rally of Greece.
Last weekends was the tenth round of the World Rally Championship at Acropolis Rally of Greece (8th-11th September) that was won by that was won by Thierry Neuville in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1.
While, Ott Tänak finished second in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1, Tänak was fifteen seconds behind Neuville at the end of the rally. Meanwhile, Dani Sordo finished third in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1 to complete a Hyundai podium whitewash, Sordo was two minutes behind Neuville at the end of the rally.
Meanwhile in WRC-2 class (Manufacturer entries competing in cars built to Rally2 specifications), that was won by Toksport WRT 2 driver Emil Lindholm in his Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo. Emil Lindholm finished in seventh place overall, he was eight minutes behind Neuville at the end of the rally.
While in WRC-3 class (Open to privately-entered cars; Rally3 spec cars), that was won by Diego Dominguez Jr in his own backed Ford Fiesta Rally3. Diego Dominguez Jr finished in twenty-sixth place overall, he was twenty-eight minutes behind Neuville at the end of the rally.
Next stop, Round Eleven of the 2022 WRC season for Rally New Zealand in three weeks time.
