Aston Marin has unveiled their new GTE contender that will race in time for the start of next season. The Aston Martin Vantage GTE, which was launched on the same day as the new Aston Martin Vantage on Tuesday (21/11/17), will succeeds the old Aston Martin Vantage GTE for next season.
The all new Aston Martin Vantage GTE will compete in the World Endurance Championship next year.
The new Aston Martin Vantage GTE will have the new Mercedes-AMG 4 litre twin-turbo V8 engine underneath from the road-going car, producing up to 600 bhp. Vantage GTE will weigh in over 1,300Kgs and Michelin who will also be supplying the tyres.
While the new Aston Martin Vantage GTE will make its debut in next May's 6 Hours of Spa at the start of the World Endurance Championship season.
New challenge ahead for Aston Martin.
