2017 TCR Round 10 Recap, Jean-Karl Vernay 2017 TCR International Series Champion

Review of the final round of the 2017 TCR International Series season was at the Dubai Autodrome, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In the first race, Lukoil Craft-Bamboo Racing driver Pepe Oriola took the race win in his SEAT León TCR. Second was Leopard Racing Team WRT driver Gordon Shedden in his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, he was four and half seconds behind Oriola in the end. While, third place was Leopard Racing Team WRT driver Jean-Karl Vernay in his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, he was six and half seconds behind Oriola in the end.

That was enough for Jean-Karl Vernay to win the TCR International Series Drivers' Champion and becoming 2017 TCR International Series Drivers' Champion to beat Attila Tassi by thirty points with a race to spare. Contractions to Jean-Karl Vernay for winning this years title.

Second was WestCoast Racing driver Gianni Morbidelli in his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, he was a second behind Comini in the end. While, third place was M1RA driver Josh Files in his Honda Civic Type-R TCR, he was five seconds behind Comini in the end.

And so this years champions in TCR International Series, TCR International Series Drivers' Champion: Jean-Karl Vernay. TCR International Series Teams' Championship: M1RA. And Model car of the year: Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR.
