Review of the third round of the 2022 MotoGP season at Autódromo Termas de Río Hondo, Santiago del Estero in North Argentina.
In the MotoGP race (V-twin, V4, or Inline-four 1000cc four stroke class), that race was won by Aprilia Racing rider Aleix Espargaró on his works Aprilia RS-GP.
Second was Pramac Racing rider Jorge Martín on his his Ducati Desmosedici GP22, he was eight tenths of a second behind Espargaró at the end. While, third was Team Suzuki Ecstar rider Álex Rins on his his works Suzuki GSX-RR, he was thirteen tenths of a second behind Espargaró at the end of the race.
In the Moto2 race (Inline-three four-stroke class), that race was won by Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider Celestino Vietti on the Kalex. Second was Idemitsu Honda Team Asia rider Somkiat Chantra on the Kalex, he was fifteen tenths of a second behind Vietti at the end of the race. While, third was Idemitsu Honda Team Asia rider Ai Ogura on the Kalax, he was five and half seconds behind Vietti at the end of the race.
While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Aspar Team rider Sergio García on the Gas Gas. Second was Leopard Racing rider Dennis Foggia on the Honda, he was fifteen hundredths of a second behind García at the end of the race. While, third was Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max rider Ayumu Sasaki on the Husqvarna, he was four tenths of a second behind García at the end of the race.
