Round Three Recap of the 2019 WeatherTech SportsCar Championship

Review of Round Three of the 2019 WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at Long Beach Street Circuit.

Mustang Sampling Racing team won the race overall and Prototype class too of João Barbosa and Filipe Albuquerque in their Cadillac DPi-V.R, Cadillac 5.5 L V8. While Acura Team Penske finished in second place in their Acura ARX-05, Acura AR35TT 3.5 L Turbo V6; the team of Hélio Castroneves and Ricky Taylor; they were seven tenths of a second behind the leaders. Meanwhile, Acura Team Penske finished third in their Acura ARX-05, Acura AR35TT 3.5 L Turbo V6; the team of Dane Cameron and Juan Pablo Montoya; they were two seconds behind the leaders.

In GT Le Mans Class, Porsche GT Team won GT Le Mans Class and finished in eighth place overall in their Porsche 911 RSR; with the drivers of Earl Bamber
and Laurens Vanthoor; they were a lap behind the leaders.

While both LMP2 Class and GT Daytona Class did not participate for this race.
