Breaking News: Sebastian Vettel leaves Red Bull at end of season

Reigning F1 World Champion Sebastian Vettel will leave Red Bull at the end of the season, with the team also confirming that Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat is to replace him at Red Bull along side Daniel Ricciardo.

Vettel is said to have activated a release clause in his contract with Red Bull, and after a six-year spell with Red Bull he is set to switch to Ferrari, with strong rumours that Fernando Alonso poised for a return to McLaren.

Vettel has claimed 38 wins, 44 pole positions, four Drivers' titles and four Constructors' crowns at his six year stay at Red Bull.

This must be the biggest shock for next season, who ever expect it that Sebastian Vettel will stay at Red Bull in 2015. So does that means that Sebastian Vettel will be off to Ferrari next season. Does that means that Fernando Alonso will return to McLaren. What does it mean for Jenson Button? will he quit F1 then, who knows. Time will tell who will be driving where.

An end of an era for Sebastian Vettel at the Red Bull family from the last decade of dominance.

End of blog for now. New post soon. Bye.
