2021 Mexico City Grand Prix Review

Review of the eighteenth round of the 2021 F1 season at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in the centre of Mexico City for the Mexican Mexico City Grand Prix.

The race itself was a good race to watch. Valtteri Bottas was on pole for Sunday's race ahead of Sir Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. At the sunny Mexico City Grand Prix. Bottas took the lead, due to the circult having a long start/finish straight to the first corner, it was Verstappen who took the advantage and took the lead and stayed there till the end. For Max Verstappen to win this seasons Mexico City Grand Prix for Verstappen's ninth race win of the season.



While, Current Formula 1 World Champion Sir Lewis Hamilton finished in second place in the Mercedes, Hamilton was sixteen seconds behind Verstappen at the end.

Meanwhile, Sergio Pérez finished in third place in the other Red Bull to complete the podium, Pérez was eighteen seconds behind Verstappen at the end of the seventy-one lap race.

Now with four races to go, Max Verstappen Grand Prix win in Mexico City and Sir Lewis Hamilton only managing a second place finish. Max Verstappen's lead of the F1 Drivers' Standings has been improved from twelve points to nineteen points ahead of Sir Lewis Hamilton in the standings with four races to go.

While Mercedes still leads F1 Constructors' Standings, the gap is now reduce from twenty-three points to one point from Red Bull who are second in the Constructors' Standings with four races to go.
