Review of the nineteenth round of the 2019 F1 season at Circuit of the Americas near Austin, Texas for the United States Grand Prix.
The race itself was a good race to watch. Valtteri Bottas taking pole for Sunday's race it was Bottas to win, Bottas started well at the start, despite team-mate Lewis Hamilton was on a one-stop and Bottas was on a two-stop it was Bottas who had the better strategy overtaking Hamilton for the lead with five laps to spare to win this seasons United States Grand Prix for Valtteri Bottas's fourth race win of the season.
While, Bottas's team-mate Lewis Hamilton finished in second place in the other Mercedes to give the team its ninth one-two finish of the season, Hamilton was four seconds behind Bottas at the end. And enough for Lewis Hamilton to win his sixth F1 World Drivers Championship title and sixty-seven points ahead of Valtteri Bottas with two races to go. He also become the second driver in Formula 1 history to join Michael Schumacher to win six or more drivers' titles. So contractions to Lewis Hamilton for winning his sixth World Drivers' title.
Meanwhile, Max Verstappen finished in third place in the Red Bull to complete the podium, Verstappen was five seconds behind Bottas at the end of the fifty-six lap race.
