2019 WTCR Round 3 Recap - Race of Slovakia

Review of Round Three of the 2019 World Touring Car Cup season was the Race of Slovakia, at Automotodróm Slovakia Ring, on the outskirts of Bratislava, Slovakia.

In the first race, Comtoyou Team Audi Sport driver Frédéric Vervisch took the race win in his Audi RS 3 LMS TCR. Second was Mulsanne Srl driver Ma Qing Hua in his Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR, he was three seconds behind Vervisch in the end. While third place was BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse driver Norbert Michelisz in his Hyundai i30 N TCR, he was three and half seconds behind Vervisch in the end.



Meanwhile in the second race, ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport driver Néstor Girolami took the race win in his Honda Civic Type R TCR (FK8). Second was ALL-INKL.COM Münnich Motorsport driver Esteban Guerrieri in his Honda Civic Type R TCR (FK8), he was seven tenths of a second behind Girolami in the end. While third place was Mulsanne Srl driver Kevin Ceccon in his Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR, he was a second behind Girolami in the end.



Finally in the third race, Mulsanne Srl driver Ma Qing Hua took the race win in his Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR. Second was BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse driver Norbert Michelisz in his Hyundai i30 N TCR, he was two tenths of a second behind Qing Hua in the end. While third place was Mulsanne Srl driver Kevin Ceccon in his Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR, he was seven tenths of a second behind Qing Hua in the end.



Next stop Race of the Netherlands at Circuit Zandvoort for Round Four of the 2019 World Touring Car Cup season in a weeks time.
