2019 Qatar MotoGP Review

Review of the first round of the 2019 MotoGP season at Losail, Doha in Qatar for MotoGP's only night race of the season. And for the season ahead, all MotoGP classes are reviewed (MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and MotoE).

In the MotoGP race (V-twin, V4, or Inline-four 1000cc four stroke class), that race was won by Mission Winnow Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso on his works Ducati Desmosedici GP19.



Second was Repsol Honda Team rider and current MotoGP Champion Marc Márquez on his works Honda RC213V, he was only two hundredths of a second behind Dovizioso at the end. While, third was LCR Honda Castrol rider Cal Crutchlow on his Honda RC213V, he was three tenths of a second behind Dovizioso at the end of the race.

In the Moto2 race (Inline-three four-stroke class), that race was won by Flexbox HP40 rider Lorenzo Baldassarri on the Kalex. Second was Dynavolt Intact GP rider Thomas Lüthi on the Kalex, he was only two hundredths of a second behind Baldassarri at the end of the race. While, third was Dynavolt Intact GP rider Marcel Schrötter on the Kalex, he was two seconds behind Baldassarri at the end of the race.

While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Honda Team Asia rider Kaito Toba on the Honda. Second was Leopard Racing rider Lorenzo Dalla Porta on the Honda, he was five hundredths of a second behind Toba at the end of the race. While, third was Sterilgarda Max Racing Team rider Arón Canet on the KTM, he was two tenths of a second behind Toba at the end of the race.
