Review of Round Five of the 2018-19 Formula E season held at the Hong Kong Central Harbour front Circuit in Hong Kong.
The race was won by Envision Virgin Racing driver Sam Bird in his Spark-Audi. However he was later received five-second time penalty for causing a collision with André Lotterer in the race relegating Bird to sixth place. Therefore, Venturi Formula E Team driver Edoardo Mortara took the race win in his Spark–Venturi. Second Audi Sport Abt Schaeffler Formula E Team driver Lucas di Grassi in his Spark-Audi, he was a second behind Mortara in the end. Meanwhile, third was Envision Virgin Racing driver Robin Frijns in his Spark-Audi, he was fifteen tenths of a second behind Mortara in the end.
