With Honda join forces with Red Bull Racing this season for the 2019 season, so far Red Bull-Honda already got a podium from last weekends Australian Grand Prix with Max Verstappen. Meaning Honda pace and reliability problems looks set to be over and with Red Bull-Honda partnership looking at race wins this season this post will be Top six Worse Honda F1 race cars that have been in Formula 1! revisited.

Starting with number 6:

Number 6: 2016 McLaren MP4-31
Story:
McLaren MP4-31 was designed by Matt Morris, Tim Goss amd Peter Prodromou, the McLaren MP4-31 had the 1.6 litre Honda V6 power-unit underneath. The McLaren MP4-31 best results was two fifth place finishes for Fernando Alonso at the Monaco Grand Prix and the United States Grand Prix. The McLaren MP4-31 did better than last season with 76 points, the McLaren MP4-31 took McLaren to sixth place in the constructors standings that season.

Number 5: 2018 Toro Rosso STR13
Story
: Toro Rosso STR13 was designed by James Key, the Toro Rosso STR13 had the 1.6 litre Honda V6 power-unit underneath. The Toro Rosso STR13 best results with just one fourth place finish for Pierre Gasly at the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Toro Rosso STR13 only took 33 points that season, the Toro Rosso STR13 took Toro Rosso to a ninth place in the constructors standings in 2018. The results was enough for sister team Red Bull to use the Honda power-units for the next two seasons going into 2019.

Number 4: 2007 Honda RA107
Story:
Honda RA107 was designed by Shuhei Nakamoto and Mariano Alperin-Bruvera, The Honda RA107 used the Honda 2.4 litre V8 engine underneath. And despite Honda won a Grand Prix the season before with the RA106, the Honda RA107 was no where near as its predicator as it was a very slow car. Best result was a wet fifth place finish with Jenson Button at the Chinese Grand Prix. Overall RA107 took Honda to eighth place in the Constructor standings, with just 6 points in 2007.

Number 3: 2017 McLaren McL32
Story:
McLaren McL32 was designed by Matt Morris, Tim Goss amd Peter Prodromou, the McLaren McL32 had the 1.6 litre Honda V6 power-unit underneath. The McLaren McL32 best results with just one sixth place finish for Fernando Alonso at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The McLaren McL32 only took 30 points that season, the McLaren McL32 took McLaren to another ninth place in the constructors standings. Due these results, this resulted a break up from Honda and McLaren going into 2018, McLaren using Renault power-units while Honda went to Toro Rosso for 2018.

Number 2: 2008 Honda RA108
Story:
Honda RA108 was designed by Shuhei Nakamoto, Jörg Zander and Loic Bigois, The Honda RA108 used the Honda 2.4 litre V8 engine underneath. And just like the 2007, the Honda RA108 was still a very slow car. Best result was a wet third place finish with Rubens Barrichello at the British Grand Prix. Overall RA108 took Honda to an even worse position then in 2007 with a ninth place in the Constructor standings, with just 14 points in 2008. After that season, Honda withdrew from Formula 1 for third time in their history.

Number 1: 2015 McLaren MP4-30

The McLaren MP4-30 best results with just one fifth place finish for Fernando Alonso at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The McLaren MP4-30 only took 27 points that season, the McLaren MP4-30 took McLaren to their worse finish since 1980 with a ninth place in the constructors standings. Due to new power unit from Honda which was underpowered and unreliable, even Alonso compared the power unit to a GP2 engine on Honda's home Grand Prix at Suzuka.

The 2015 McLaren MP4-30 is the worst McLaren F1 car ever in their history its also the Worse Honda F1 race car ever!

2019 Australian Grand Prix Predictions

So this weekends Australian Grand Prix at Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit, Albert Park, Melbourne.

So Predictions for the race, and for the win I predict Sebastian Vettel for the race win in the Ferrari, Charles Leclerc second in the other Ferrari, and Lewis Hamilton third in the Mercedes. Don't forget Valtteri Bottas, Kimi Räikkönen, Red Bull drivers, the Renault drivers, and the Haas drivers as well for a podium place.

Formula 1 2019 Season preview, predicting the season ahead

Today post is a 2019 F1 preview, all the teams and drivers. Also, predicting this seasons Drivers' and Constructors' Championships ahead for 2019. Starting of with last seasons Constructors' Champions Mercedes:

Mercedes: the team to beat for the Drivers' and Constructors' Championship this year. F1 W10 EQ Power+ looks fast and reliable in testing with many laps. Lewis Hamilton looks to retain his title. While, Valtteri Bottas retains for another season.

Ferrari: Out goes Kimi Raikkonen in comes Charles Leclerc alongside Sebastian Vettel for another season. SF90 looks fast in testing, better car, better power units in testing so far. Challenging for both championships is a must for Ferrari.

Red Bull: Renault power-units are out, Honda power-units are in. Out goes Daniel Ricciardo in comes Pierre Gasly alongside Max Verstappen for another season. RB15 looks fast in testing, If the RB15 is on the right track Red Bull may shine. Top three in the constructors' standings must be their target at Red Bull this season.

Renault: Out goes Carlos Sainz, Jr. in comes Daniel Ricciardo alongside Nico Hulkenberg for another season. R.S.19 look fast in testing. A few podiums may happen this season and fourth in the Constructors' standings might be the realistic target once again for Renault this season.

Haas: Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean are retain for another season. The Dallara built VF-19 looks fast in testing. Like Renault a few podiums may happen this season and Retaining fifth in the Constructors' standings might be the realistic target once again for Haas this season.

McLaren: Out goes both Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne, in comes Carlos Sainz, Jr. and Lando Norris. McL34 looks fast in testing. McLaren will be a contender for podiums, fourth in the Constructors' standings might be the realistic target for McLaren this season.

Racing Point: Out goes the Force India name in comes Racing Point. Out goes Esteban Ocon in comes Lance Stroll alongside Sergio Pérez who is retain for another season. RB19 looks like an evolution from the VJM11 from last season. Looks fast in testing, and possible for Racing Point to finish inside the top six of the constructors' standings this season.

Alfa Romeo: Out goes the Sauber name in comes Alfa Romeo name as a constructor for the first time since 1985. Out goes both Charles Leclerc and Marcus Ericsson, in comes Antonio Giovinazzi and Kimi Raikkonen. C38 looks fast and reliable in testing, Alfa Romeo will be a contender for podiums, fifth in the Constructors' standings might be the realistic target for Alfa Romeo this season.

Toro Rosso: Out goes both Pierre Gasly and Brendon Hartley, in comes Alexander Albon and returning Daniil Kvyat. STR14 look fast in testing despite the Honda power-units are still lacking in power (maybe still around 50-60bhp less than the Ferrari power units). Sixth in the Constructors' standings might be the realistic target for Toro Rosso this season.

Williams: Out goes both Sergey Sirotkin and Lance Stroll, in comes returning Robert Kubica back to Formula 1 and Formula 2 Champion George Russell. FW42 looks slow compare to last seasons car FW41, not finishing last in the constructors' standings must be their target this season at Williams which won't be easy.

So predictions time, who's going to win the World Drivers' Championship this season for 2018? My prediction is Sebastian Vettel for his fifth World Drivers' Championships this season because of performance and reliability in testing. The improvements from Ferrari might be enough for Vettel to win this seasons title.

But, if Vettel doesn't step up Lewis Hamilton could take his sixth World Drivers' Title if things goes his way. Don't count out either Valtteri Bottas and Charles Leclerc will also challenge for this years title as-well. Don't even count out both Red Bull drivers as-well, Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly even Daniel Ricciardo too will go into this season as the dark horses for this season title if both Mercedes and Ferrari drivers' struggle. It will be another close drivers' championship once again this year in my opinion, as it might go down to the wire.

My top three prediction for the Drivers' Championship are:

1st Sebastian Vettel
2nd Lewis Hamilton
3rd Charles Leclerc

Constructors' Championship: I will predict that Ferrari will win the constructors championships. And don't forget Mercedes and Red Bull, they will be certainly be challenging the constructors championship as-well.

My top three prediction for the Constructors' Championship are:

1st Ferrari
2nd Mercedes
3rd Red Bull

Predictions for this weekends Australian Grand Prix in the next post, for now, Bye.
