Review of Round Five of the 2018 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters season was held at Zandvoort, in north Holland.
On Saturday's race, Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Petronas driver Gary Paffett took the race win in his Mercedes-AMG C63 DTM. Second was Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Remus driver Paul di Resta in his Mercedes-AMG C63 DTM, he was fourteen tenths of a second behind Paffett in the end. While, third place was Silberpfeil Energy Mercedes-AMG Motorsport driver Lucas Auer in his Mercedes-AMG C63 DTM to complete a Mercedes-Benz podium whitewash, he was nineteen tenths of a second behind Paffett in the end.
On Sunday's race, Audi Sport Team Rosberg driver and Current DTM Champion René Rast took the race win in his Audi RS5 DTM. Second was Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Petronas driver Gary Paffett in his Mercedes-AMG C63 DTM, he was eight tenths of a second behind Rast in the end. While, third place was Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Remus driver Paul di Resta in his Mercedes-AMG C63 DTM, he was fourteen tenths of a second behind Rast in the end.
Next stop Brands Hatch, Kent in United Kingdom for Round Six of the 2018 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters in four weeks time.
