And a sad note to finish this post that Sean Edwards who was leading this years Porsche Supercup championship and won this years 24 Hours of Dubai; and Nürburgring 24 Hours was killed last Tuesday (15/10/13) in a crash during a private session at Queensland Raceway in Willowbank, Queensland, Australia as a passenger whilst instructing Will Holzheimer in a Porsche 996 Supercup car. He was 26 years old. Thoughts goes out to Sean Edwards family and friends at this period of time.

American Le Mans Series organisers did tribute Sean's life with a special livery Porsche 911 race car before the race started.
