Formula E has unveiled its aggressively-styled third generation car for the 2022/23 season Formula E season on the eve of this weekends Moanco ePrix (29/4/22).
The new car, which will make its competitive track debut next season, created once again by Spark Racing Technology. The technical specifications of the new car dub as the fighter jet, will be capable of receiving “over the air” software updates, as well as being the fastest FE car yet, with a top speed of over 200mph thanks to an electric motor on the rear axel delivering up to 350kW of power (470 bhp). A second motor, fitted to the front axel, provides 250kW (335 bhp) of power.
The Gen3 machine will have a minimum weight of 820kg (compared to the current Gen2 car that weighs 900kg in total).
The Gen3 car will run on new all-weather rubber supplied by Hankook, which are built from recycled materials.
Despite it looks like a lump of cheese with four wheels on it, its still an evolution from the previous Formula E car.
This Saturday coming up (30/4/22) and Sunday (1/5/21) it will be 28 years that Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna has past away from us, from the accidents at the San Marino Grand Prix in 1994 were Ratzenberger crashed his Simtek at Villenunve in Qualifying and Senna crashed his Williams at Tumbrello in the race itself. Both would have been 62 this year if there still around today. So for this post remembering both Ayrton Senna and Roland Ratzenberger.
The sport has change since their deaths, with the safety of both cars and tracks to improve safety year after year. So never forget Ayrton and Roland, both are still missed throughout the world of motor-racing in general.
Review of Round One of the 2022 British Touring Car Championship season was at Donington Park's National Circuit, in Leicestershire.
In the first race, Bristol Street Motors with Excelr8 TradePriceCars.com driver Tom Ingram took the race win in his Hyundai i30 Fastback N Performance. Second was Team BMW driver Colin Turkington in his BMW 330e M Sport, he was six tenths of a second behind Ingram in the end. While third place was Halfords Racing with Cataclean driver Gordon Shedden in his Honda Civic Type R, he was four seconds behind behind Ingram in the end.
Meanwhile, Independents class was won by Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport driver Adam Morgan in his BMW 330e M Sport, he finished in fifth place and was five and half seconds behind Ingram in the end.
While, Jack Sears Trophy (for drivers yet to record an overall podium finish or won outright the Jack Sears Trophy championship) was won by Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport driver George Gamble in his BMW 330e M Sport, he finished in sixth place and was seven seconds behind Ingram in the end.
Meanwhile in the second race, Halfords Racing with Cataclean driver Gordon Shedden took the race win in his Honda Civic Type R. Second was Bristol Street Motors with Excelr8 TradePriceCars.com driver Tom Ingram in his Hyundai i30 Fastback N Performance, he was two tenths of a second behind Shedden in the end. While third place was Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport driver George Gamble in his BMW 330e M Sport and also took Independents class win and took Jack Sears Trophy win too, he was two seconds behind behind Shedden in the end.
Finally in the third race, ROKiT MB Motorsport driver Jake Hill took the race win in his BMW 330e M Sport. Second was NAPA Racing UK driver and current BTCC Champion Ash Sutton in his Ford Focus ST, he was two seconds behind Hill in the end. While third place was Rich Energy BTC Racing driver Josh Cook in his Honda Civic Type R and also took Independents class win, he was nine seconds behind Hill in the end.
While, Jack Sears Trophy was won by Autobrite Direct with JourneyHero driver Bobby Thompson in his Cupra León, he finished in tenth place and was fifteen seconds behind Hill in the end.

Recap of the last round of WRC from last weekends Round 3 of Croatia Rally.
Last weekend was round three of the 2022 World Rally Championship at the Croatia Rally (21st–24th April), that was won by Kalle Rovanperä in his works Toyota GR Yaris Rally1.
While, Ott Tänak finished second in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1, Tänak was only for seconds behind Rovanperä at the end of the rally. Meanwhile, Thierry Neuville finished third in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1, Neuville was two and half minutes behind Rovanperä at the end of the rally.
Meanwhile in WRC-2 class (Manufacturer entries competing in cars built to Rally2 specifications), that was won by PH Sport driver and Current WRC-3 Champion Yohan Rossel in his Citroën C3 Rally2. Yohan Rossel finished in ninth place overall, he was ten minutes behind Rovanperä at the end of the rally.
While in WRC-3 class (Open to privately-entered cars; Rally3 spec cars), that was won by Lauri Joona in his own backed Ford Fiesta Rally3. Lauri Joona finished in seventeenth place overall, he was nineteen minutes behind Rovanperä at the end of the rally.

Review of the fifth round of the 2022 MotoGP season at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, on the outskirts of Portimão for the for the Portugal GP.
In the MotoGP race (V-twin, V4, or Inline-four 1000cc four stroke class), that race was won by Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP rider and Current MotoGP Champion Fabio Quartararo on his works Yamaha YZR-M1.
Second was Pramac Racing rider Johann Zarco on his his Ducati Desmosedici GP22, he was five and half seconds behind Quartararo at the end. While, third was Aprilia Racing rider Aleix Espargaró on his works Aprilia RS-GP, he was six seconds behind Quartararo at the end of the race.
In the Moto2 race (Inline-three 765cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Italtrans Racing Team rider Joe Roberts on the Kalex. Second was Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider Celestino Vietti on the Kalex, he was two and half seconds behind Roberts at the end of the race. While, third was Flexbox HP40 rider Jorge Navarro on the Kalax, he was three seconds behind Roberts at the end of the race.
While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Aspar Team rider Sergio García on the Gas Gas. Second was Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Jaume Masià on the KTM, he was seven hundredths of a second behind García at the end of the race. While, third was Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max rider Ayumu Sasaki on the Husqvarna, he was eleven hundredths of a second behind García at the end of the race.
Review of the fourth round of the 2022 F1 season held at Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Imola, for the Dino Ferrari, Italian, San Marino, Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Overall, it was the race where Current Formula 1 Champion Max Verstappen dominated the race from the start of the Grand Prix to the end, on pole for Sunday's race, took the lead at the start of the race and never looked back; lead all of the laps, even the fastest lap as-well to complete the set to win this seasons Emilia Romagna Grand Prix for Max Verstappen second race win of the season.
While, Sergio Pérez finished in second place in the other Red Bull to complete a Red Bull one-two finish since 2016, Pérez was sixteen seconds behind Verstappen at the end.
Meanwhile, Lando Norris finished in third place in the McLaren to complete the podium, Norris was thirty-five seconds behind Verstappen at the end of the sixty-three lap race.

Review of the fourth round of the 2021 F1 season at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Imola, for Saturday's Sprint Race at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Overall the race itself was enjoyable race to watch. Current Formula 1 Champion Max Verstappen on pole for Saturday's race. At the start of the Sprint Race, Charles Leclerc took the lead ahead of first corner from Verstappen, was set to win the sprint race until lap 19. When Leclerc tyre's started to where off giving Verstappen an opportunity, was able to pass Leclerc into turn one to conclude with a win in the sprint race and maintain pole position for tomorrows race and giving Max Verstappen eight points.
While, Charles Leclerc finished in second place in the Ferrari, Leclerc was three seconds behind Verstappen at the end.
Meanwhile, Sergio Pérez finished in third place in the other Red Bull to complete the podium, Pérez was five seconds behind Verstappen at the end of the twenty-one lap race.
