Russian Grand Prix moving to Igora Drive in 2023

It was confirmed on Saturday (26/6/2021), the Russian Grand Prix will move from the Sochi Autodrom in Sochi to the Autodrom Igora Drive, on the outskirts of St. Petersburg from 2023. No word on how long the deal will be for.

Sochi Autodrom, designed by Hermann Tilke, the track sits next to the Sochi Olympic park, has been on the F1 calendar since 2014, it will host its final Grand Prix next season as-well as this seasons race.

Igora Drive, designed by Hermann Tilke, was constructed in 2017 and last year received an FIA Grade 1 licence.
