Chinese Grand Prix postponed!

It was confirmed on Wednesday (12/2/20), this seasons Chinese Grand Prix has been postponed indefinitely due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 coronavirus.



The event was set to be the fourth round of the season, on April 19th, but officials said that it will not go ahead as scheduled.

FIA will attempt to re-schedule the Grand Prix later in the season, though no date has been outlined (could be round the end of the season if lucky).

China has been at the epicentre of an outbreak of a strain of a coronavirus, which on Tuesday was officially named Covid-19, that has killed over 1,000 people, with 44,000 cases reported.
