Albon, who finished third in FIA Formula 2 Championship, is stepping up to a race seat alongside Daniil Kvyat for next season, leaving current Toro Rosso driver Brendon Hartley without a drive going into 2019.

The former Red Bull Junior driver already committed to joining the Nissan e.dams Formula E team.
Albon's return to the Red Bull fold with Toro Rosso comes six years after he was dropped from the drinks junior programme.
Great News to see Alexander Albon stepping up to a full F1 drive at Toro Rosso next season, well earned.
