Review of the eleventh round of the 2021 MotoGP season once again at the Red Bull Ring, on the outskirts of Spielberg, Styria, Austira.
In the MotoGP race (V-twin, V4, or Inline-four 1000cc four stroke class), that was won by Ducati Lenovo Team rider Francesco Bagnaia on his works Ducati Desmosedici GP22.
Second was Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP rider and Current MotoGP Champion Fabio Quartararo on his works Yamaha YZR-M1, he was half a second behind Bagnaia at the end. While, third was Ducati Lenovo Team rider Jack Miller on his works Ducati Desmosedici GP22, he was two seconds behind Bagnaia at the end.
In the Moto2 race (Inline-three 765cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Idemitsu Honda Team Asia rider Ai Ogura on the Kalax. Second was Idemitsu Honda Team Asia rider rider Somkiat Chantra on the Kalex, he was two tenths of a second behind Ogura at the end. While, third was GasGas Aspar Team rider Jake Dixon on the Kalax, he was eight seconds behind Ogura at the end.
While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Sterilgarda Husqvarna Max rider Ayumu Sasaki on the Husqvarna. Second was Leopard Racing rider Tatsuki Suzuki on the Honda, he was a tenth of a second behind Sasaki at the end of the race. While, third was Boé SKX rider David Muñoz on the KTM, he was three tenths of a second behind Sasaki at the end of the race.
Finally in the MotoE races (a single make class with all the riders riding the Energica Ego MotoE bike), Saturday race was won by LCR E-Team rider Eric Granado. Second was Dynavolt Intact GP rider Dominique Aegerter, he was seven hundredths of a second behind Granado at the end. While, third was LCR E-Team rider Miquel Pons, he was a tenth of a second behind Granado at the end.
For Sunday race was won by LCR E-Team rider Eric Granado. Second was LCR E-Team rider Miquel Pons, he was twelve tenths of a second behind Granado at the end. While, third was Dynavolt Intact GP rider Dominique Aegerter, he was seventeen tenths of a second behind Granado at the end.
It was confirmed on Thursday (18/8/22) that Repsol Honda Team rider Pol Espargaró will join Tech3 (GasGas Factory Racing for 2023) to the end of the 2023 MotoGP season.
Espargaró currently sits seventeenth in the standings, with a best finish of third place at Qatar back in March.
This week (17/8/22), Acura launch their new Le Mans Daytona hybrid race car the Acura ARX-06 for next seasons IMSA SportsCar Championship.
Acura unveiled its 2023 new LMDh race car on Friday in California, Acura will use 2.4 L twin-turbo V6 engine and hybrid package that produces 670 bhp with the chassis produced by Oreca. And race prepare in IMSA SportsCar Championship by Wayne Taylor Racing and Meyer Shank Racing.
Review of Round Seven of the 2022 British Touring Car Championship season was at Snetterton Circuit on the 300 Course, in Norfolk.
In the first race, Team BMW driver Colin Turkington took the race win in his BMW 330e M Sport. Second was ROKiT MB Motorsport driver Jake Hill in his BMW 330e M Sport, he was a second behind Turkington in the end. While third place was Bristol Street Motors with Excelr8 TradePriceCars.com driver Tom Ingram in his Hyundai i30 Fastback N Performance, he was three and half seconds behind behind Turkington in the end.
Meanwhile, Independents class was won by Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport driver Adam Morgan in his BMW 330e M Sport, he finished in fourth place and was four seconds behind Turkington in the end.
While, Jack Sears Trophy (for drivers yet to record an overall podium finish or won outright the Jack Sears Trophy championship) was won by CarStore Power Maxed Racing driver Ash hand in his Vauxhall Astra, he finished in thirteenth place and was twelve seconds behind Turkington in the end.

While, Jack Sears Trophy was won by Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport driver George Gamble in his BMW 330e M Sport, he finished in thirteenth place and was seventeen seconds behind Sutton in the end.

The half term review of Formula 1 season so far, with the next race is in two weeks time. Just like last year, I will say one sentence that will be positive with each team. And one sentence that will be negative for each team. Also, I will include with this post my Top 10 Formula 1 drivers of 2022 so far below. Starting with Mercedes:
Mercedes:
+ Two second place finished from Sir Lewis Hamilton at Paul Ricard and Hunganoring. - The F1 W13 has been the third fastest car on the grid, no Grand Prix wins so far; second in the Constructor's standings is a must for Mercedes.
Red Bull:
+ Leading both the Drivers' and Constructors Championships with current F1 World Champion Max Verstappen with the best car and driver on the grid from the RB18, includes eight wins for Verstappen and Sergio Pérez won at Monaco too. -Double DNF in Bahain, apart from that a great season from Red Bull.
Ferrari
+ Some great race performances from both Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, Jr., which includes three Grand Prix wins for Leclerc at Bahrain, Melbourne and the Red Bull Ring and Sainz, Jr. won at Silverstone; only 163 points at this stage last season, 334 points this season at this stage a much better improvement from Ferrari. - The team missed out on wins for Leclerc at Barcalona (Turbo), Monaco (tyre strategy), Baku (Turbo), Silverstone (not pitting for soft tyres late on), Paul Ricard (spun out) and Hunganoring (pitting for wrong tyres); that cost Ferrari the lead of the Constructor's standings and Charles Leclerc the lead of the Drivers' Standings, Leclerc is now 80 points behind Verstappen in the standings'.
McLaren:
+ Some great race performances from Lando Norris, which include a third place finish for Norris at Imola. -163 points at this stage last season, only 95 points this season at this stage, not great from McLaren and the team currently sits fifth in the Constructor's standings a long way off the top three; Daniel Ricciardo performances haven't been impressive this season with the car not suiting him once again, 19 points compare to Norris's 76 points so far this season best result of sixth place at Melbourne looking to be replace by Oscar Piastri foe 2023, fourth in the Constructor's standings is still possible this season.
Alpine:
+ Fourth in the Constructor's standings currently, two fifth place finishes each for Fernando Alonso at Silverstone, and for Esteban Ocon at the Red Bull Ring. - Alonso could have finish on the podium at Montreal, keeping fourth in the Constructor's standings is a must for Alpine; apart from that the team have let themselves down on not renewing Alonso for 2023 (off to Aston Martin) and whats happening with Oscar Piastri (could be going to McLaren in 2023).
Scuderia AlphaTauri:
+ Some great race performances from Pierre Gasly, which include a fifth place finish for Gasly at Baku. - 68 points at this stage last season, only 27 points this season at this stage, not great from AlphaTauri and the team currently sits eighth in the Constructor's standings, sixth in the Constructor's has to be the target for AlphaTauri going into the second half of the season.
Aston Martin:
+ Sixth place finish for Sebastian Vettel at Baku. - AMR22 has been poor in qualifying which effect their race results, resulting currently sitting ninth in the Constructors' Standings with 20 points this season compare to 48 points at this stage last season, if the AMR22 can be improved on going into the second half of the season the team could still finish sixth in the Constructors, results needs to be better.
Williams:
+ Some impressive performances from Alexander Albon this season, which include strong performances at Melbourne (finishing tenth), Imola (finishing eleventh) Miami (finishing ninth) after a season away and for Nicholas Latifi (finishing twelfth place finish at Silverstone). - 10 points last season compare to 3 points this season at this stage, not great from Williams, slowest car on the grid; the team is heavily relying on Albon (this time) to score points.
Alfa Romeo:
+ Some impressive performances from Valtteri Bottas which include fifth place finsish at Imola and sixth place finishes at Bahrain and Barcalona; 3 points at this stage last season, 51 points at this stage this season means the team sits sixth in the Constructor's standings currently, much better improvement from Alfa Romeo. -One DNF last season, eight DNFs so far this season includes poor reliablity from the Ferrari Power-Units and Guanyu Zhou's masssive crash at Silverstone could cost the team sixth in the Constructor's standings if it continues; just like Williams the team is heavily relying on Bottas to score points.
Haas:
+ 0 points at this stage last season, 34 points at this stage this season means the team sits seventh in the Constructor's standings currently, some impressive performances from both Kevin Magnussen and Mick Schumacher which includes fifth place for Magnussen at Bahrain at his return after a season away and for Schumacher for sixth place at the Red Bull Ring; much better improvement from Haas. - Two DNFs last season, Six DNFs so far this season includes poor reliablity from the Ferrari Power-Units and Schumacher massive crashes at Jeddah and Monaco could cost the team seventh in the Constructor's standings if it continues; if the VF-22 can be improved on going into the second half of the season the team could still finish sixth in the Constructors' Standings for Haas.
And just like last like last year, my Top 10 Formula 1 drivers of 2022 so far this season, this is the part who was in my top 10 so far this season, not in championship order. So here is my list below.
My Top Formula 1 drivers of 2021 so far this season:
10. Fernando Alonso (Alpine) - Despite his past 41, his still fast and reliable, which include a fifth place finish at Silverstone.
9. Estiban Ocon (Alpine) - Like his team-mate fast and reliable, some impressive performances this season, which include a fifth place finish at the Red Bull Ring.
8. Lando Norris (McLaren) - Consistently fast, which include a third place finishes at Imola.
7. Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo) - Some impressive performances this season, which includes a fifth place finsish at Imola and sixth place finishes at Bahrain and Barcalona.
6. George Russell (Mercedes) - Consistently fast and reliable, which include five third place finishes at Melbourne, Barcalona, Baku, Paul Ricard and Monaco and the Hunganoring and a pole postion at the Hunganoring too.
5. Sergio Pérez (Red Bull) - Some impressive performances this season, consistently fast which includes a Grand Prix win at Monaco.
4. Sir Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) - Some impressive drives this season despite not having a great car under him, which include two second place finished from Sir Lewis Hamilton at Paul Ricard and Hunganoring.
3. Carlos Sainz, Jr. (Ferrari) - Some impressive performances so far this season, which includes a Grand Prix win at Silverstone.
2. Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) - Consistently fast where the car doesn't deserve, three Grand Prix wins, some impressive wins at Bahrian, Melbourne and the Red Bull Ring; he should have won more this season but due to unreliable car at Barcalona and Baku; poor tyre strategies at Monaco, Silverstone and the Hunganoring.
1. Max Verstappen (Red Bull) - Best driver on the grid this season so far, eight Grand Prix wins, a very strong possibility of winning his second Drivers' Championship going into the second half of the season.
Nine race to go to see who will be the champions for 2022, starting at Spa-Francorchamps for the Belgian Grand Prix in two weeks time.
Review of Round Ten of the 2021-22 Formula E season held around the held at the Seoul Street Circuit around the held at the Seoul Street Circuit in Seoul, South Korea for two races that weekend.
On Saturday's race, that was won by Jaguar TCS Racing driver Mitch Evans in his Spark-Jaguar. Second was Mahindra Racing driver Oliver Rowland in his Spark-Mahindra, he was eight tenths of a second behind Evans in the end. Meanwhile, third was ROKiT Venturi Racing driver Lucas di Grassi in his Spark-Mercedes, he was fourteen tenths of a second behind Evans in the end.

On Sunday's race, that was won by ROKiT Venturi Racing driver Edoardo Mortara in his Spark-Mercedes. Second was N Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team driver Stoffel Vandoorne in his Spark-Mercedes, was enough for Vandoorne to win his first Drivers' Championship this season by thirty-three points ahead of title rival Mitch Evans; Vandoorne was four seconds behind Mortara in the end.
Also, it was enough for the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team to win this seasons Teams' Championship to give the team their second Team's Championship by twenty-four points ahead of the ROKiT Venturi Racing team.
Meanwhile, third was Avalanche Andretti Formula E driver Jake Dennis in his Spark-BMW, he was seven seconds behind Mortara in the end.

Constructions to both Stoffel Vandoorne and Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team for winning each championships in Formula E this season.
Recap of the last round of WRC from last weekends Round Eight of Rally Finland.
Last weekends was the eighth round of the World Rally Championship at the Rally Finland (4-7th August) that was won Ott Tänak in his works Hyundai i20 N Rally1.
While, Kalle Rovanperä finished second in his works Toyota GR Yaris Rally1. Rovanperä was seven seconds behind Tänak at the end of the rally. Meanwhile, Esapekka Lappi finished third in his works Toyota GR Yaris Rally1, Lappi was a minute and a half behind Tänak at the end of the rally.
Meanwhile in WRC-2 class (Manufacturer entries competing in cars built to Rally2 specifications), that was won by Toksport WRT 2 driver Emil Lindholm in his Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo. Emil Lindholm finished in eighth place overall, he was nine and half minutes behind Tänak at the end of the rally.
While in WRC-3 class (Open to privately-entered cars; Rally3 spec cars), that was won by Sami Pajari in his own backed Ford Fiesta Rally3. Sami Pajari finished in sixteenth place overall, he was nineteen minutes behind Tänak at the end of the rally.

Review of the twelfth round of the 2022 MotoGP season at Silverstone, on the outskirts of Northampton, UK.

Second was Aprilia Racing rider Maverick Viñales on his works Aprilia RS-GP, he was four tenths of a second behind Bagnaia at the end. While, third was Ducati Lenovo Team rider Jack Miller on his works Ducati Desmosedici GP22, he was six tenths of a second behind Bagnaia at the end.
In the Moto2 race (Inline-three 765cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Augusto Fernández on the Kalax. Second was Speed Up Racing rider Alonso López on the Boscoscuro, he was seven hundredths of a second behind Fernández at the end. While, third was GasGas Aspar Team rider Jake Dixon on the Kalax, he was seven tenths of a second behind Fernández at the end.
While in the Moto3 race (single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke class), that race was won by Leopard Racing rider Dennis Foggia on the Honda. Second was Red Bull KTM Ajo rider Jaume Masià on the KTM, he was two tenths of a second behind Foggia at the end of the race. While, third was Red Bull KTM Tech3 rider Deniz Öncü on the KTM, he was three tenths of a second behind Foggia at the end of the race.
It was confirmed on Thursday (4/8/22) WithU Yamaha RNF MotoGP Team rider Andrea Dovizioso has announced he will retire after the San Marino MotoGP round in two races time. He's set to be replaced by Cal Crutchlow for the remaining six rounds of the season.
The RNF Yamaha rider has struggled to perform his Yamaha M1 this season opted to retire early at his final home round.
Dovizioso has won 15 wins and 62 podiums in the premier class, but has missed out on a MotoGP title, finishing runner-up on three occasions, to Honda's Marc Marquez in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Dovizioso currently sits twenty-second in the MotoGP standings with best finish of eleventh place finish at Portimão back in late April.
