Review of the sixth round of the 2023 F1 season on the streets of Monte Carlo, for the Monaco Grand Prix.
Overall, I thought it was great race to watch. The race was won on Saturday by Current Formula 1 Champion Max Verstappen, qualified on pole for Sunday's race with a great qualifying lap, ahead of Fernando Alonso.
At dry start, Verstappen took the lead from Alonso at the start of the race and never looked back; despite rain for the last twenty-four laps of the race, Verstappen lead all of seventy-eight laps, to win this seasons Monaco Grand Prix for Max Verstappen's fifth race win of the season.
While, Fernando Alonso finished in second place in the Aston Martin, Alonso was twenty-eight seconds behind Verstappen at the end.
Meanwhile, Esteban Ocon finished in third place in the Alpine to complete the podium, Ocon was thirty-seven seconds behind Verstappen at the end of the seventy-eight lap race.
