Review of Round Seven of the 2019 World Rallycross Championship season was the World RX of Canada, at Circuit Trois-Rivières located in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada.
In the four Heats, those were won by Andreas Bakkerud, Niclas Grönholm (winning twice), and Timur Timerzyanov.
In the first semi-final that was won by GRX Taneco Team driver Timur Timerzyanov in his Hyundai i20. Second was Team STARD driver Jānis Baumanis in his Ford Fiesta MK8, he was two and half seconds behind Timerzyanov in the end. While, third was Team Hansen MJP driver Kevin Hansen in his Peugeot 208, he was three seconds behind Timerzyanov in the end.
In the second semi-final that was won by Monster Energy RX Cartel driver Andreas Bakkerud in his Audi S1. Second was GC Kompetition driver Guerlain Chicherit in his Renault Mégane R.S., he was three seconds behind Bakkerud in the end. While, third was GC Kompetition driver Anton Marklund in his Renault Mégane R.S., he was four seconds behind Bakkerud in the end.
In the final race, Monster Energy RX Cartel driver Andreas Bakkerud took the race win in his Audi S1. Second was Team STARD driver Jānis Baumanis in his Ford Fiesta MK8, he was twelve tenths of a second behind Bakkerud in the end. While, third was GRX Taneco Team driver Timur Timerzyanov in his Hyundai i20, he was two seconds behind Bakkerud in the end.
Next stop World RX of France at Circuit de Lohéac for Round Eight of the 2019 World Rallycross Championship season in four weeks time.
